Angela A. AldrichFounded in 2005 by Angela A. Aldrich, A3 Organizational Consulting began as a professional organizing service for residential clientele. A3 specialized in organizational systems, customizing homes for optimal efficiency including design, construction, and installation of custom closets and storage.

In 2008 A3 severed its residential division and focused solely on efficiency planning and management in the corporate arena. We provide education for various industries on how to effectively analyze and restructure information to increase productivity, while assessing workflow and information exchange. A3 has developed corporate presentations with a focus on time utilization strategies, goal setting, delegation and “common sense management”.

A3 also provides programming on everyday organizational issues.

Angela A. Aldrich is the Founder and President of A3 Organizational Consulting. She has 14 years corporate management experience specializing in employee productivity and incentive programs, time utilization, communication, accounts receivable/payable, and management training. She lectures on topics relating to the principles of organization and how they impact corporate America today. A3 provides programming and seminars to businesses and non-profit organizations throughout the United States.

A Pittsburgh native, Angela is a 1996 graduate of Chatham College for Women in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She is an active member of the Central Pennsylvania Association for Female Executives (CPAFE), where she has served on the Board of Directors since January 2007, and was elected Vice President/President Elect in 2008/2009. Angela was a member of the 2008 MS Society Leadership Class in Harrisburg, PA. She was also appointed to the Dress for Success of South-Central PA Board of Advisors in 2009. Angela resides in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania with her husband, Keane, and their dogs.
